How printing works

    We email a final proof. Nothing prints until you say so, and you can cancel for a full refund until then.

    Printed and shipped

    Printed on premium cover stock in 1 to 2 business days, then sent by UPS 2nd Day Air.

Ordering

What can be professionally printed?

Funeral programs, folded or flat card style, are the core of every print order. Prayer cards, invitations and thank you cards can be printed alongside the programs when they are part of your Complete Memorial Package. Posters and the Obituary Printable PDF are download only: take those files to any local print shop.

What quantities can I order, and what do they cost?

Programs come in packs of 25 for $89, 50 for $129, 100 for $189, shipping included. Each card set printed with the programs is $39 for 25, $59 for 50, $89 for 100, at the same quantity as the programs and in the same box.

Is printing a separate product?

No. Printing is an add-on to a design purchase, chosen at checkout. You always receive the print-ready PDF as well, so you can print extra copies locally at any time.

Do folded and flat programs cost the same?

Yes. The format is a design choice, not an upcharge. Choose whichever suits the service and the price list stays the same.

What paper do you print on?

Programs and cards are printed in full color on premium cover stock, the heavier paper families expect from a funeral home.

Can I add printing after I have already bought the design?

Yes. Buy the design now and order printed copies later from your memorial page. The digital purchase is credited, so you pay only for the printing.

Delivery

Is shipping extra?

No. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is included in every pack price. Upgrading the whole order to UPS Next Day Air is $49, and it changes shipping speed only, not production time.

How soon can printed programs arrive?

Production typically takes 1 to 2 business days after you approve the proof, Monday to Friday, plus shipping. Checkout calculates the arrival date for your address before you pay, so you know whether the order lands before the service.

Where do you ship?

Printed orders ship to United States addresses. Digital downloads work anywhere in the world.

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

It is an estimate built from the printer's production schedule and UPS transit times. Production runs on business days and pauses on holidays. If you pay for the Next Day Air upgrade and the order does not ship by that service for reasons within our control, the upgrade is refunded.

Is sales tax added?

Any sales tax that applies to a printed order is calculated for your address at checkout and shown before you pay.

Proofs, changes and cancellations

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. After payment we email you a final proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Check names, dates, spelling, photos and page order carefully: the approved proof is exactly what gets printed.

Can I change the order after approving the proof?

No. Approval releases the order to the printer and production starts immediately. If you notice a problem right after approving, contact us straight away and we will try to intercept the job, but we cannot promise to.

Can I cancel a printed order?

Yes, for a full refund of the printed portion, any time before you approve the proof. If you have not approved it within 7 days we will check in; if we cannot reach you within 14 days of purchase we refund the printing and cancel the print order. Your digital files are never affected.

What if the copies arrive damaged or misprinted?

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no charge. A reprint is the remedy for defects; when a timely reprint is impossible, for example after the service has taken place, we refund at our discretion.

Printing the files yourself

What do I get if I print myself?

A print-ready PDF sized for standard paper: US Letter for folded programs and the obituary PDF, and standard card sizes for prayer cards, invitations and thank you cards. Print at home, at a copy shop or at an office store.

Where can I print locally?

After purchase your memorial page includes a step-by-step printing guide for Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, The UPS Store, Walgreens and CVS, with online upload links and what to ask for at the counter.

What paper should I ask for?

For programs, ask for premium 32 lb paper or light cardstock, full color, double-sided. For prayer cards and other keepsakes, cardstock holds up best. The plain obituary PDF prints fine on ordinary paper.

Is there a minimum quantity when I print myself?

No. Print one copy or two hundred; the PDF is yours and there is no per-copy fee.
