In Loving Memory

Zuko Betioui
February 4, 2025 — January 15, 2026
It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Zuko Betioui, who left us far too soon on January 15, 2026, at the tender age of 11 months. Born on February 4, 2025, in San Antonio, Zuko was a beacon of pure joy and innocence that touched everyone he encountered in his short yet impactful life.
Zuko was the cherished son of Kaseem and Natalie Betioui, who loved him beyond measure. From the moment he entered this world, Zuko brought immense happiness to his family with his radiant smile and lively spirit. Though his time with us was brief, the love he gave and received will remain in our hearts forever.
Zuko's days were filled with laughter, cuddles, and the gentle coos that brought warmth and comfort to his parents and all who knew him. His eyes sparkled with curiosity and wonder, and he had an uncanny ability to bring peace and happiness wherever he was. He loved listening to his parents sing lullabies and was particularly fond of the gentle sound of the wind chimes that hung outside his nursery window.
In honor of Zuko’s memory, a service will be held on July 19, 2026, at 7:50 AM at Sunset Memorial Park, located at 1701 Austin Hwy. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate the beautiful, albeit brief, life of a boy who left an indelible mark on all our hearts.
The Betioui family wishes to extend their gratitude to everyone who has shown support and love during this sorrowful time. To honor Zuko’s memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a children's charity of your choice, continuing the legacy of joy and love that Zuko embodied.
Though Zuko's time with us was fleeting, the love he gave us will endure forever. He will be eternally loved and missed by his parents, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, dear Zuko. Your light will shine in our hearts always.
