With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Zane Revai, a devoted father, loving son, and cherished friend, on January 11, 2026. Born on May 30, 1980, in Burbank, CA, Zane lived a life that touched many, fueled by a passion for technology and an unwavering love for his family. Zane was the beloved son of Dorothy and Bob Revai, who instilled in him the values of kindness and perseverance. He grew up alongside his siblings, Blake Revai and Arienne Lyhne, nurturing a close-knit family bond that remained strong throughout his life. THey lived in Hollywood his first 5 years then moved to Truckee CA where he went from K to grduate high school then back to LA Zane's journey in life was marked by his profound love for technology. After completing his studies in IT, he dedicated his career to working in various IT departments, with his last position at Countryside Homes. Unfortunately, an injury in 2006 prevented him from continuing his professional path, yet his passion for tech never waned. Zane was a true enthusiast of gadgets and computers, often sharing this love with his children, Xaxxon, Xaleah, Xaphia, Xanden, and Xamaya. They were his greatest pride and joy, and he took immense pleasure in teaching them about all things tech. Though his marriage to Rachel ended, the love and memories they shared through their children remained a cornerstone of his life. As a father, Zane was dedicated, always finding ways to connect with his kids despite life's challenges. He cherished every moment with them, ensuring they knew they were the center of his universe. Zane found solace and camaraderie online, serving as a moderator for TYT, where he fostered friendships with people worldwide. His online friends remember him for his sharp wit, warmth, and unwavering support. Despite the hurdles he faced, Zane's spirit was never broken. He was a man of resilience, navigating life's difficulties with quiet strength. His unexpected passing during a challenging time, while living in Lancaster, CA, leaves a void that will be profoundly felt by all who knew him. Zane was predeceased by his son, Fitzgerald, a loss he carried with him every day. Yet, he is survived by his ex-wife Rachel, his beloved children, his parents, and his siblings, all of whom will continue to honor his memory and the legacy of love he left behind. A service to celebrate Zane's life will be held on May 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Sierra Bible Church. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and support one another as we remember the remarkable man Zane was. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to organizations supporting epilepsy awareness, in hopes of aiding others who face similar challenges. Though Zane's journey on this earth has ended, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
