It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Zachary Henry, who departed from this world on June 7, 2026, at the age of 28. Born on March 11, 1998, in the close-knit community of Rich Hill, Missouri, Zachary's presence was a cherished gift to all who knew him. Zachary was the treasured son of James and Betty Henry, who survive him with enduring love and fond memories. He was also a beloved brother to Jordan, Hannah, Tiffany, and Jessica, who shared countless joyful moments with him throughout his life. The many friends and extended family members who cherished and loved Zachary will deeply feel his absence, yet his spirit will continue to live on in their hearts. Zachary graduated from Rich Hill High School in 2015, where he not only excelled academically but also cultivated lifelong friendships. His passion for sports was evident both on the field and as a devoted spectator. However, his greatest joy was being a devoted father to his son, who was the light of his life and his whole world. Zachary's legacy of love and laughter will undoubtedly be carried on through his son, who he adored beyond measure. Known for his quick wit and infectious humor, Zachary was often the funniest and kindest person in any room. His intelligence shone brightly, and he carried himself with a respectful demeanor that endeared him to all who crossed his path. Zachary's generosity of spirit and genuine kindness earned him the admiration and love of many. Though Zachary faced challenges, including a relentless battle with addiction, he faced them with courage and a resilient spirit. In his honor, the family requests that donations be made to Struggling With Addiction.Org, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating similar journeys. A celebration of Zachary's life will be held on June 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Church of God, located at 1179 N Ash St, Nevada, MO. During this time, family and friends will gather to remember and honor the beautiful soul that Zachary was and the incredible impact he had on all who knew him. The Henry family kindly asks for their time to grieve privately, but they extend their deepest gratitude to everyone for the outpouring of prayers, love, and concern during this difficult time. Zachary's memory will forever be etched in our hearts, and his spirit will continue to inspire us to embrace life with love and compassion. Rest in peace, dear Zachary. You will be dearly missed, and your legacy of love will remain with us always.
