December 12, 1932 — August 18, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Yvette Rose Diaz, who left this world on August 18, 2026, at the age of 94. Born on December 12, 1932, in the beautiful landscape of Puerto Rico, Yvette was a beacon of love, wisdom, and strength to her family and all who knew her. Yvette was the cherished daughter of Iris Inés Díaz and carried forth her family's legacy with grace and resilience. She was a loving sister to Benito Diaz and George Diaz, whose bonds remained strong throughout the years. As a devoted mother, Yvette raised her children, Vicky Diaz, Junito Diaz, and Brnice Diaz, with unconditional love and guidance. Her nurturing spirit extended to her twelve grandchildren—Sianylee Serrano, Norberto Serrano, Ariely Serrano, Angelee Serrano, Araciles Serrano, Jayden Serrano, and Joshua Serrano—who were blessed to learn from her wisdom and experience her boundless affection. Yvette's legacy continues through her eight great-grandchildren, who will carry her stories and values into the future. Her family was her pride and joy, and she found immense happiness in the time spent with them. A service to celebrate Yvette's life will be held on August 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, located at 4740 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, Florida 33603. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor the incredible life she led. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, in memory of Yvette's spirit of generosity and care for others. As we mourn the loss of Yvette, we also celebrate the incredible life she lived—one filled with love, laughter, and a legacy that will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. Her journey on this earth has come to an end, but her love and teachings will continue to guide us. The family shares this special message: "In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Grandma, our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye. Though we wish for more time, we are thankful for the years of love, wisdom, and blessings you shared with us. Rest peacefully, Grandma. Your love will live on through us forever." Yvette Rose Diaz—94 years of a beautiful life, a lifetime of love, and a legacy that will live forever.
