He grew up in a household filled with love and strong values, which he carried with him throughout his life. William's journey led him to a fulfilling career with NJ Transit, where he devoted years of service as a bus driver. Known for his quiet strength, he was a trusted and respected figure among his colleagues and passengers alike. His steady presence ensured that countless individuals safely reached their destinations, but it was his kind spirit that left the most lasting impression. Beyond his professional life, William found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends, sharing laughter and stories over good food and music. A devoted sports fan, he enjoyed watching games and discussing plays, always with a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. William was a man of wisdom and humor, qualities that endeared him to everyone in his life. His family was his pride and joy, and he was a loving husband to Arlene Isaac and a devoted father to his children, Quanetta, Michael, and Keenon. His legacy lives on in his four grandchildren, who will forever cherish the lessons and love he imparted. William is also survived by his siblings, Joe, Britney, Mary, and Shaquana, as well as his close friends, Darnell Douglas and Amir Powell, who were like family to him. Their memories of William’s warmth and generosity will remain in their hearts forever. The family invites all who knew William to join them in celebrating his life on March 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Burns Funeral Home, located at 1428 East Columbia Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
