Raised by his loving parents, Orlin and Elsie Huston, William grew up in a home filled with love and values that he carried throughout his life. He attended Heppner High School, where he formed many friendships that lasted a lifetime. His journey through life was marked by hard work and dedication, spending his career as a laborer until his well-earned retirement in 2004. William was a man of the outdoors, with a profound love for fishing and hunting. His passion for these activities wasn't just a pastime; it was a way of life. He found peace and happiness in the wilderness, sharing these moments with family and friends, creating cherished memories that will last forever. Family was at the heart of William's world. He was predeceased by his parents, Orlin and Elsie, his brother Lionel, his sister Maxine, and his beloved son Jeffrey Scott Huston. His family was his pride and joy, and he found immense happiness in spending time with them. He is survived by his loving sister Bernice Cross and his devoted son, William O Huston Jr. William was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy and laughter into his life. William's life was touched by both joy and sorrow, but he faced every challenge with unwavering strength and dignity. His legacy is one of kindness, perseverance, and love for the natural world.
