William was fortunate to share his life with his devoted wife, Marley McDonald, with whom he created a beautiful family and shared many wonderful years. Together, they built a home filled with warmth and kindness, a testament to their deep and unwavering love for each other. As a father and grandfather, William was a guiding light, always offering wisdom and support to his family. He was the proud grandfather of nine grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy to his life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved family member, Justin McDonald Wilson, who passed away on August 5, 2025. The memories they created together will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved them.
William pursued his education at The University of Austin, Texas, where he developed a passion for knowledge and lifelong learning. His time in the army instilled in him a profound sense of duty and honor that he carried throughout his life. Professionally, William dedicated his career to the pipeline industry, where his hard work and determination earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
A service to celebrate William's remarkable life will be held on May 1, 2019, at 5:22 PM at WestonMckenzie. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a man whose life was defined by love, dedication, and integrity.
