It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of William M. Hutchison, who departed this world peacefully on June 23, 2023, at the age of 77. Born on February 1, 1946, in Waco, Texas, William was the beloved son of Lavert and Nannette Hutchison. William was preceded in death by his cherished daughter, Margaret Hutchison. He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and warm memories to his wife of 50 years, Margaret, his devoted sons and daughters, and his ten treasured grandchildren who were his pride and joy. A proud graduate of A J Moore High School, William went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Air Force. His commitment to service extended beyond his military career as he dedicated many years to the United States Postal Service, where he was known for his diligence and unwavering dedication. William was a man of deep faith, a dedicated member of his church community, and a beacon of kindness, compassion, and generosity. His life was guided by these principles, and he touched countless lives with his gentle spirit and open heart. Whether through his service in the community or his willingness to offer a helping hand, William's legacy is one of empathy and warmth. Travel was one of William's great passions, and he delighted in exploring new places and cultures with his beloved Margaret by his side, creating cherished memories that will endure in the hearts of his family. A service to celebrate William’s life will be held on October 15, 2025, at 1:27 PM at his cherished church. The church is located at 123, where family and friends will gather to honor a life filled with faith, love, and service. William will be remembered not only for his achievements and dedication but also for the kindness he showed to everyone he met. His legacy is one of love and generosity, and he leaves behind a world made better by his presence. Though no memorial fund has been established, William’s family encourages all who knew him to honor his memory by living with the same kindness and compassion he showed throughout his life. As we grieve the loss of a remarkable man, we also celebrate the indelible mark he left on our hearts.
