Born with cerebral palsy, he never allowed his condition to define him. In his younger years, he worked diligently in a lawyer's office and took on various odd jobs. As time passed and his physical challenges increased, he dedicated himself to the care of his beloved daughter, and amazing granddaughter,ensuring that her life was filled with love and support. For over 35 years, William shared his life with Sharon Taylor, the mother of his daughter. Their bond was a testament to enduring love and mutual appreciation. Together, they built a family that thrived on love, laughter, and warmth. William is survived by his cherished daughter, Ann Taylor, his dear bonus daughter, Dana Ruscinski, his adored granddaughter, Star Williams, and his beloved grandson, David Elvin. His family was the heart of his world, and he took immense pride in being their guiding light. A man of faith, William was an active member of Victory Christian Fellowship for over two years. His faith community was an integral part of his life, providing him with a sense of belonging and purpose. William's devotion to his faith was evident in his daily life, as he spread kindness and joy wherever he went. William had an infectious zest for life. Known as a "busy bee," he relished in the simple pleasures of life—shopping, meeting new people, and enjoying the fresh air.
