William John Bjorklund

It is with heavy hearts yet profound gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the passing of William John Bjorklund. William peacefully departed from this world on May 9, 2026, at the age of 93 in Mesa, Arizona, where he spent his later years. Born to Delbert and Florence Bjorklund, in Winthrop Mn.on November 2 1932, .He was predeceased by his beloved parents, his brother John Bjorklund, and his grandson, Michael Storvick. William is survived by his wife, Iola. Together they raised 5 children.Sons William, Jr., Michael(Jackie) and Patrick, along with daughters Geri Storvick and Susan (Mark)Karl) 7 grandchildren Throughout his life, William was known for his love of the great outdoors. His happy place was out on a boat fishing on Mille Lac lake. Walking through the fields looking for pheasants or out on a golf course hitting a golf ball. Beyond his hobbies. he was very passionate about belonging and donating his time to the Lions club both in Minnesota and in Arizona.
