His life, though tragically cut short, William filled with love, ambition, and a deep connection to his family and faith.
William was the cherished son of Nukeyda and Ernest, his mother Nukeyda nurtured his innate curiosity and passion from a young age and encouraged his dreams. The family roots ran deep, and despite the loss of father William James Houston Sr. and greatgrand mother Elthenia Pearl, and other beloved family members, William carried their memories and strength with him throughout his life.
A proud entrepreneur, William was self-employed, channeling his drive and creativity into his work. His entrepreneurial spirit was matched only by his love for cars, which brought him joy and a sense of freedom. William's passion for automobiles was well-known among friends and family, and he often shared this love with those around him, sparking joy and inspiration. He was also an artist, with a skilled gift in music, dance and illustration, his creative prowess inspired many around him, especially his sister as he grew.
William's devotion to his faith was unwavering. He was a man who loved God and found solace and guidance in his beliefs. His spiritual strength was a cornerstone of his life, guiding his actions even with the name of his son.
Family was at the heart of everything William did. He was a loving father to his young son, Jonah Houston, whose laughter and innocence brought immense joy to William's life. William was known for lighting up any room he entered with a laugh that stuck in your mind and warmed your heart, something he passed to his son. As a brother, William shared a close bond with his sister, Yonna, who was both a confidante and protector. Together they shared countless memories and supported each other through life's challenges and triumphs.
William's life was further enriched by the love he shared with his partner, Sue even with being young. Their relationship was a testament to the power of love even new companions. Williams guiding light brought warmth and happiness into each other's lives.
As we remember William, we celebrate a life defined by love, passion, and unwavering faith. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the memories he created with those who loved him dearly.
