Born on November 3, 1957, in Knoxville, Tennessee, William was the cherished son of Thomas and Jerri Bailey. He lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to those around him. William was known for his quick wit and humor, often bringing smiles to those fortunate enough to be in his presence. A man of great kindness and generosity, he was always attuned to the needs of others, offering assistance and comfort wherever he could. His servant's heart was evident in every aspect of his life, as he embodied compassion and empathy in all his interactions. An entrepreneur at heart, William successfully owned and operated a landscaping business, a testament to his hard work and passion for nature. His love for the outdoors was matched only by his enthusiasm for Tennessee football, where he could often be found cheering on his favorite team with unwavering support. William also had a penchant for poker, enjoying many evenings of camaraderie and friendly competition with his buddies. In his free time, William was a professional at tinkering in the garage, always finding joy in creating and fixing things.
