William Charles White, a man of unwavering faith and boundless love, was born on August 5, 1942, in Hazlehurst, Mississippi. He peacefully departed this life on September 5, 2026, at the home of his beloved nephew, Mr. & Mrs. Jimmy Dale White. William's journey through life was marked by kindness, humility, and an enduring commitment to his family and community. Born to the late Mr. Charles and Mrs. Willie Bell White (Miner), William was raised in a household rich with love and strong values. These principles guided him throughout his life. He shared a deep bond with his siblings and formed lasting friendships within his community. William was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Mrs. Alice Sanders White, and his siblings Walter Lee, Robert Lee, Willie L., and sister Agnes Mae White, all of whom he held dear. Despite these profound losses, William's spirit remained resilient, and he continued to be a beacon of strength and compassion for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his three devoted daughters: Cora Sanders Haynes, Ruchell Sanders, and Lenora Sanders. His presence will also be greatly missed by his brothers, Percy White (Janet) of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, Earnest White (Sarah) of Utica, Mississippi, and James Ellis White (Sandra) of Hurst, Texas. His sisters, Annie Mae Lester (Percy) of Jackson and Mary Alice White of Hazlehurst, along with a vast network of nieces, nephews, cousins, and neighbors, will continue to celebrate his life and the joy he brought into theirs. William's life was a testament to the power of love and service. He found joy in the simple pleasures, be it a lively family gathering or a quiet moment of reflection. His warmth and generosity touched everyone he met, leaving an indelible impact on the hearts of many.
