Billy was preceded in death by his beloved parents, William and Betty, his dear brother, Michael T. Warren, and his soulmate, Melody Brown, whose love was a guiding light throughout his life. He is survived by his two loving sons, Anthony (Catt Frantz) McKinney and Kylon Burkey, who were the pride and joy of his life. His granddaughters, Alexis and Ariana McKinney, brought immense happiness to his days and were cherished beyond measure. Billy is also survived by his devoted brothers, David (Char) Warren, Brent, and Douglas Warren, who shared countless memories and adventures with him over the years. He will be fondly remembered by his caring aunts, Lela Penn, Diane Foster, and Amy Weers, whose support and love were constants in his life. His nieces and nephews, Jessie, Justin, Jordon, Nik, and Meghan, will forever remember their Uncle Billy as a source of laughter, wisdom, and encouragement. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Billy’s memory, where family and close friends will gather to celebrate a life well-lived, a life that touched so many with its generosity and warmth.
