With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Warren K. Morris, who departed this world on March 11, 2026, at the age of 70. Warren passed away at the hospital due to heart failure, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and craftsmanship.
Born on April 8, 1955, in the close-knit community of Lawrenceville, IL, Warren was the cherished son of Rufas and Betty Morris. His childhood was filled with the warmth and support of family, a value he carried throughout his life. Warren was predeceased by his beloved wife, Gail Morris, his brother Bob Morris, and his dear Aunt Alice Polk, all of whom he held close in his heart and often spoke of with fondness.
Warren was a father to his daughters, Tristen Fowler, Sarah Foley, and Jamie Morris He was also a proud grandfather to Raven Nantz, Wyatt Usewicz, and Chloe and Sophia Krause. He also loved his only son in law Doyle Fowler jr
After completing high school, Warren embarked on a career as an ironworker, dedicating many years to mastering a craft that brought him both satisfaction and camaraderie. His dedication to his work was matched only by his passion for making and playing guitars, a hobby that allowed him to express his creativity and brought music and joy to those around him. Warren also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, often found with a pipe in hand, savoring the moment in quiet reflection.
A man of principle and conviction, Warren was an active member of the NRA, where he found a community of like-minded individuals who shared his values. He was equally committed to supporting causes close to his heart, including John Hagee's Church, where he directed donations in hopes of making a positive impact.
Warren's family extends heartfelt gratitude to Kistler Patterson Funeral Home for their exceptional care and compassion during this difficult time. They also wish to acknowledge the steadfast support and loyalty of Warren's close friends and associates, whose presence enriched his life immeasurably.
