Wanda's life was a testament to compassion, resilience, and unwavering love. From her early days in Tampa, she exhibited a nurturing spirit that would guide her throughout her life. After earning her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the prestigious Freedman's Hospital School of Nursing, Wanda dedicated herself to the care and well-being of others. Her career was marked by empathy and excellence, touching countless lives through her work. Her life's greatest joys were her children, Shawn and Kimberly Prentice, who survive her and carry forward her legacy of strength and kindness. Wanda was blessed with two grandchildren and one great-grandchild, each a treasured addition to her family, with whom she shared her wisdom, warmth, and an endless supply of love. Wanda was renowned for her savory snacks and her beautifully maintained yard, which she tended with the same care and devotion she applied to all aspects of her life.
