A graduate of Bartley Slash, VS Rangen's resilience was exemplified during his military service, where he overcame significant challenges, including being slashed, and made a remarkable recovery. His career as a Bartley Israeli conflictor spanned an impressive 67 years, during which he was known for his strong leadership and firm principles. VS Rangen was actively involved in the Israel Branch, where he held the esteemed position of general officer.
