In Loving Memory of Vivian Rain Foley Vivian Rain Foley, a bright and beautiful soul, graced this world for a brief but profoundly impactful time from September 11, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Born in Mobile, Alabama, to loving parents Thomas and Dana Elcar Foley, Vivian captured hearts with her lively spirit and boundless energy. Though only with us for a short while, Vivian's presence was a source of immense joy and love. From the moment she arrived, she was a little mover, full of life and determination. Her tiny legs would kick energetically, and her curious hands reached out to explore her new world. Even when wrapped in a swaddle, Vivian was known to wriggle her way free, a testament to her spirited nature. Astonishingly, she began lifting her head just weeks after birth, a proud moment for her family. Her first cry and the opening of her eyes were cherished milestones, bringing happiness to all who witnessed these precious moments. Vivian now joins her predeceased sister, Lily Bloom Foley, in heavenly peace. The thought of the two sisters together brings comfort to their family, who imagine them running joyfully in a place where love knows no bounds. A service to honor and celebrate Vivian's life will be held on November 10, 2026, at 11:00 PM at More Life United Pentecostal Church, located at 12471 Creel Rd, Grand Bay, AL 36541. Family, friends, and all who were touched by Vivian's brief presence are invited to gather in remembrance and love. The Foley family extends their heartfelt gratitude to their church family both in the United States and the Philippines for their unwavering prayers and support during this time. They also wish to express their sincere thanks to the dedicated staff at the Children's and Women's Hospital in Mobile, Alabama, for the compassionate care given to their precious Vivian. Vivian's departure leaves a void that will never be filled, but her memory will forever be a beacon of light in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her spirit soar freely and may she feel the warmth of her family's eternal love, as they pray for God's embrace to deliver their hugs and kisses to both Vivian and Lily each day.
