Born on a wintry December day in 1962 in Westmoreland County, Vivian was the daughter of the late Carroll and Iva Howell. She carried forward the values of kindness and resilience instilled in her by her parents, who preceded her in death. Also waiting to embrace her in the afterlife is her infant son, Gary Wade Coates Jr., who she has long held close to her heart. Vivian's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family. She is survived by her loving partner, Frank Binelli, whose steadfast support and companionship brought immense joy and fulfillment to her life. Her daughters, Kimberley Beverly and Ashley Coates, were the light of her world, and her legacy will continue to shine through them. Vivian also leaves behind five adoring grandchildren, who brought endless delight and pride to her days.
