IT is with deep reverItence and a profound sense of loss that we announce the passing of Vivan Born on April 17, 1925, in Rahway, New Jersey, Vivan was the cherished daughter of Maude and Oliver Kinch. Her early years were marked by the close-knit bonds shared with her late siblings, Elizabeth McKissic and Raymond Kinch, who predeceased her. Vivan's life was a testament to the strength and resilience instilled in her by her parents and siblings. Vivan was the loving wife of the late Roland Randolph, with whom she shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship. Together, they built a family that became the cornerstone of Vivan's joy. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Roland Randolph, her cherished daughter Eileen Butler, and her dear sons Steven and Norman randolph, as well as her daughter-in-law Samantha Randolph, and a great-niece, Jacqueline Davis, with a host of others to many to name Vivan is survived by her devoted son, Roland Randolph Jr. 6- grandchildren from oldest to youngest Paula butler Carla worlids, Tammy Butler, kandys and Kendra Randolph and the youngest Kyle Randolph. 6 great grandchildren from oldest to youngest, Ebony Butler, Taleah Butler, Byron merricks jr, Shapaula Merricks, Rashawn Butler and A'reon Butler. 11 great great grands Dyran mccloud, samarah butler, Izaiah Stephens, ZYAIRE MERRICKS, Byron III Azaria,LONDYN,KATAI,KIEKO,MELO,AND LEGACY MERRICKS. 1 GREAT GREAT GREAT GRAND Sage adore mccloud. niece Audrey Mckissic, Arlene kinch, Phyllis BRADELY,Glycera and Yvette Crawley. GREAT NIeCE MICHELLE HARDY, Sharon Crawley great niece VALERIE DAVIS, predeceased Jacquline Davis,ARlen kinch . NEPHEW OTHA HOLMES, Raynard and wayne crawley,TEDDY PENDELTON, Charles pendelton , who, along with her EXTENDED TO MANY TO NAME family, carries forward the enduring spirit and values she imparted. She leaves behind six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, each of whom was a source of immense pride and delight in her life. Vivan’s large extended family and a host of others who were touched by her warmth and generosity will deeply miss her presence. A woman of remarkable spirit, Vivan was known for her quick wit and infectious smile. Her ability to lighten any mood with a well-timed joke was a hallmark of her personality. Her happiest moments were those spent surrounded by family, whether enjoying a shared meal or cheering enthusiastically for her beloved Philadelphia Eagles. Sundays spent watching football were a cherished tradition, one that brought friends and family together in spirited camaraderie. In honoring Vivan’s life, we celebrate not only the years she graced this earth but also the love she shared and the warmth she spread.
