Virginia "Ginger" Wolff
August 10, 1949 — September 20, 2026
Virginia "Ginger" Wolff, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026, surrounded by her family at her home. Born on August 10, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan, Ginger was the cherished daughter of George and Edna (Aldrich) Noble. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, John Noble.
Ginger's life was one of warmth, creativity, and dedication to her family. She graduated from Mt. Clemens High School in 1968, and shortly thereafter, on December 28, 1968, she married the love of her life, Thomas Wolff, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Together, they embarked on a journey of love and companionship that spanned nearly six decades.
Ginger will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Thomas, and their children: Laurel (Jeff) Harris of Wolverine, Paula (Brent) Wilson of Waco, Texas, and Brian Wolff of Wolverine. Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren, Joey, Travis, Nicholas, Christopher, Mitchell, Arielle (Jordan), Tanner, Ashly (Ricky), Brianna, and Zackery, as well as her ten great-grandchildren, who will forever hold dear the memories of their dear grandmother. Ginger is also survived by her sister, Kay Moran, who shared countless cherished moments with her.
A woman of many talents, Ginger found joy in a variety of crafts, with a particular fondness for crocheting, painting, and ceramics. Her creative spirit was matched only by her knack for finding the perfect item in her adventures as a "professional shopper," a title lovingly bestowed upon her by her family. Ginger embraced the quiet life, finding peace and contentment in the simple pleasures of everyday life.
As a woman who cherished animals and believed in their welfare, Ginger's family kindly suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cheboygan County Humane Society, an organization close to her heart.
Ginger's warmth, kindness, and artistic spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
