Vince Barry

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vince Barry, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, who departed this life on October 10, 2026. Born on January 16, 1963, in the heat and sand of Tempe Arizona. Vince was the third child of Bill and Marge Barry. Vince's early years were spent with his family camping and fishing in the mountains of the Kaniksu national forest. His educational journey led him to Gonzaga University, where he graduated with a degree in Video Media Production. For many years, Vince worked as a real estate agent. An avid snow skier from a young age, Vince competed in mogul skiing competitions, showcasing his remarkable skill and fearlessness. His adventurous heart also found joy in hang gliding and parasailing, soaring through the skies with a sense of freedom that was uniquely his own. Vince was also an artist creating beautiful dragon pictures. He was amazingly talented at pottery. He had a magic touch with flowers and plants around his house or the flowers he gave to his mother to plant at the cabin. Above all, Vince was a devoted son to his mother, with whom he shared a special bond. His caring, loving, and supportive nature was a source of strength and comfort to her. Vince leaves behind his mother, Marge; his sisters, Katherine and Maggie; his brother, Cole; and his nieces and nephews, Jacquie, Jessie, Ryan, Andrea/Jymn, Renee, Colton, and Melissa. A celebration of Vince's life will be held on November 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Oakland conference room of the Quality Inn Oakland, located at 7919 N Division, Spokane, WA. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring Vince's life and the impact he made on everyone who knew him. Vince's legacy of adventure, and creativity lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
