Vicente Mesa Sablan, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, left this world peacefully on July 12, 2026, surrounded by the love and warmth of his family. Born on December 22, 1957, in Agana Heights, Guam, Vicente's journey through life was marked by kindness, strength, and an unwavering dedication to his loved ones.
Vicente was the beloved son of Jose Manibusan Sablan and Maria Mesa Sablan. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Jesus Lizama Sablan and Ana Manibusan Sablan, as well as his maternal grandparents, Vicente Salas Mesa and Dolores Chiguina Mesa. He now joins his dear sisters, Juanita M. Sablan and Julia S. Salas, in eternal peace.
A man of deep familial ties, Vicente was a proud brother to his surviving siblings: James M. Sablan, alongside Deborah C. Fejarang and their family, Francisco M. Sablan, and Antonio M. Sablan with his wife Linda P. Sablan and their family. His sisters, Fina M. Sablan and Lou S. Wise, along with her husband Randy Wise and their family, also carry forward his memory and spirit. Vicente was a cherished uncle to numerous nieces and nephews and held close bonds with his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a vast circle of friends.
Vicente's life was enriched by his sister-in-law, Ana C. Sablan, and his brother-in-laws, Elias C. Salas, Joseph C. Rodriguez, Pete C. Guzman, and Joseph N. Camacho, whose relationships he treasured deeply.
Throughout his life, Vicente touched the hearts of many with his generous spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love. His legacy is one of kindness and compassion, attributes that he demonstrated in both his personal and professional endeavors.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Vicente's remarkable life on August 15, 2026, at Ada's Mortuary, located at 930 S. Rt4 Afame, Guam. The service will commence at 9:30 AM, providing an opportunity for all who knew him to honor his memory and celebrate the profound impact he had on their lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family has expressed a preference for donations to be made in Vicente's name to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
