She was a nurturing mother to her four children—Torrian Tatum, Deandre Arrington, Marquis Simmons, and Sharron Pugh—each of whom she cherished deeply. Her love for them was fierce and unconditional, and she devoted herself to their happiness and growth, imparting wisdom, kindness, and strength that will continue to guide them. Her life was also touched by sorrow, having predeceased her beloved children and her dear sisters, Romicka and Janet Tatum, who shared in her joys and supported her through life’s challenges. Veronica’s legacy lives on through her four precious grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
