Her commitment to excellence saw her earn her Senior Cosmetology License a year later, marking the beginning of a fulfilling career. Veronica's professional life was a testament to her talent and dedication. She worked at three hair salons before realizing her dream of opening her own business, Hair on You Salon, in 2006. Veronica's salon was more than just a place of work; it was a sanctuary where she connected deeply with her clients, offering not only her expert skills but also her genuine care. She was known for her participation in hair show competitions, where her creativity and passion shone brightly. Her clients often found more than just a hairstylist in Veronica; they found a confidante, a counselor, and a friend who was always ready with a prayer, a kind word, or a hearty laugh. A woman of faith, Veronica was an active member of Union Church, formerly known as I5 Church and Living Waters, since 2001. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, and she found immense joy in volunteering, attending church services, and participating in the Positive Sisters Social Club, where she built lasting friendships and made significant contributions to her community. Veronica embraced life with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure. She loved exercising, swimming, and going on trips, always ready to explore new places and experiences. Her passion for the beauty industry drew her to numerous hair shows, where she not only showcased her talents but also celebrated the achievements of others. She cherished watching her children grow, delighting in their accomplishments and milestones. Her love for comedy shows, concerts, skiing, and playing mahjong brought laughter and joy to her life and those around her.
