He was born on October 8, 1952, in the vibrant city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Doris and Andrew Williams, who precede him in death.

He is survived by his beloved sons, Colin and Mitchell Williams, his devoted sisters, Yolanda Williams and Jeanette Caesar, and his caring brothers, Jerry and Daniel Williams. His legacy is further carried on by his cherished grandchildren, who will remember him not only for his love and kindness but also for his unwavering dedication to helping others.
