Born on September 1, 1993, in Fort Pierce, Florida, Tyler's life, though tragically cut short by gun violence, was one of profound impact and love. Tyler was the cherished son of Sedrick and Vickie Parker, who nurtured his inquisitive spirit and unwavering kindness. He was the beloved husband of Linda Evens, with whom he shared a beautiful union of love and companionship that began on January 20, 2023. Together, Tyler and Linda built a life filled with joy and adventure, raising two children, Malik and Cherish , who will forever carry forward his legacy. A proud alumnus of Westwood High School, Tyler pursued his passion for engineering at Indian River State College, where he earned his bachelor's degree. His dedication and intellect were evident in all he undertook, as he worked tirelessly to better the world around him. Tyler's warmth and laughter resonated with everyone he met. As a brother to Thomas and Margaret, an uncle to Ethan, Olivia, Noah, Breanna, and Grace, and a friend to many, his presence was a source of comfort and inspiration. He had a unique ability to make those around him feel valued and heard, a testament to his compassionate nature. Though he was predeceased by General Elder Theresa Gardner Lewis and Host Pastor Reverend Stanley Ingram, Tyler's memory will continue to be honored by those who survive him. His spirit lives on in the cherished memories shared with family and friends. A service celebrating Tyler's life will be held on April 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at HOUSE OF GOD #I, located at 1601 North 27th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. Family and friends are invited to gather to pay tribute to a life well-lived and to find solace in the love and support of one another. In this time of profound loss, we remember Tyler Parker-Brown not only for the life he led but for the love he spread. His legacy will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him, and his spirit will continue to guide us in the days to come.
