Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brant was known for his love of the outdoors, whether floating down a river or perfecting the art of smoking BBQ meat, and if he was home on a Saturday, you would almost always catch him watching Oklahoma football. Home was where his heart truly laid, and he cherished the moments spent with his family, creating lasting memories. Those who knew Brant will remember him as a steadfast and generous soul, always ready to lend a hand or take a risk for those he cared for. His reliability and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. The Last Load

He knew the diners by their pie, The highways by their hum, The towns that slept beside the road Before the dawn had come. From every state he'd call at night To ask about our day, And say, "I'm only one more load And two more states away." His last load's been delivered now, The final log book's signed; He's home at last, and safe, and warm, The long road left behind.
