In Loving Memory

Trevor Mackenzie
March 4, 2000 — September 28, 2026
Trevor M. MacKenzie “Little Bunk,” beloved son, brother, nephew, and friend, peacefully left this world on September 28, 2026, surrounded by love. Born on March 4, 2000, in Ellsworth, Maine, Trevor’s life, though brief, was filled with countless experiences, laughter, and love that touched the hearts of so many.
Trevor was adopted at a young age and was the beloved son of Cammie Turcotte and Dan Perro. Later in life, he reconnected with his biological father, Randy Bunker, and the two shared memories and made up for lost time. He shared his life with his sister, Autumn Jewell, and his brothers, Brandon MacKenzie and Kody Bunker. Trevor was predeceased by his brother, Kyle Bunker, and his grandfather, Malcolm MacKenzie, as well as his grandparents, Reginald “Junior” Bunker and Marilyn Bunker, whom he now joins in eternal rest.
Trevor’s early years were spent surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of Maine, where he developed a lifelong fondness for all things outdoors. He also loved all different genres of music. He was known for his funny, stubborn, witty, and kind nature—traits that endeared him to everyone he met. His infectious smile could light up any room he entered.
A proud graduate of Bangor High School’s Class of 2018, Trevor pursued a career in welding shortly after graduation, where his skill shone brightly. Though his time in the field was short-lived, his work was not simply a job—it was a craft he admired and truly loved.
Trevor was surrounded by a large and loving family, including his aunts, Robin Harris and Cheryl Ann MacKenzie; his grandmother, Dianne MacKenzie; and many other relatives, including his niece Layla Jewell and additional nieces. He leaves behind many cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends who will forever remember his wild and witty spirit and the joy he brought into their lives.
A celebration of Trevor’s life will be held at a later date with close family and friends. Details will be announced at a later time. It will be a time to honor not only the life Trevor lived but also the indelible mark he left on the hearts of those who knew him.
Trevor’s family shares this special message:
“Here’s to the rebels, the troublemakers, the ones who didn’t just walk through life—they tore through it and left a trail of beautiful chaos behind.”
Trevor was indeed one of those remarkable souls. His memory will continue to inspire and guide us all. He will forever be loved, remembered, and deeply missed.
