It is with profound sadness and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Tracy Lynne Beaver Taylor, who left this world peacefully on April 11, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with illness. Born on August 16, 1964, in St Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida where she left this world, as was her father, Calvin. Tracy was a beacon of light, laughter, and love to all who knew her. Tracy was the cherished daughter of Sandra and Calvin Beaver. She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Sandra Beaver, as well as her dear grandparents, Pauline and Pop Beaver and Houston and Katherine Hodges. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of her surviving family members, including her devoted father, Calvin Beaver; her loving daughter, Savannah Hawkins (Paul); her brothers, Steve Beaver and Michael Beaver (Susan); and her many treasured nieces and nephews, who brought immense joy to her life. Tracy's journey began at Orange Park High School, where she graduated with enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge. She continued her education at FCCJ for several years, always eager to learn and grow. Her professional life was marked by dedication and achievement, serving as an Executive Assistant at CNN in Atlanta and Curascript in Orlando. Tracy's career eventually brought her back to Jacksonville, where she worked at Predator, a pool cue manufacturer. She delighted in traveling to Las Vegas to promote the cues, combining her love for travel with her professional endeavors. Travel was a passion that Tracy pursued with vigor, cherishing her adventures across Europe and the experiences of living on Navy bases throughout the country with her parents. Her love for exploration was only rivaled by her love for the simple pleasures of life, such as watching cooking shows, crafting her famous deviled eggs, and immersing herself in the stories within her Kindle. Tracy's quick wit and infectious sense of humor were legendary, endearing her to friends and family alike. She was a loyal confidante, a steadfast friend who relished the joy of browsing farmers markets and sharing breakfast at Waffle House. Her presence was a gift, and her laughter a balm to all who were fortunate enough to know her. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at St. Vincent’s Riverside, whose kind care brought comfort to Tracy in her final days. Their dedication is a testament to the love and respect Tracy garnered throughout her life. As we mourn the loss of Tracy Lynne Beaver Taylor, we also celebrate the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Her legacy of love, humor, and resilience will forever be cherished by all who were graced by her presence. Tracy's memory will continue to inspire us to live with the same passion, kindness, and joy that she exemplified every day of her life.
