Words of Remembrance
" We miss you Pops! You may not have given us what we wanted, but you gave us everything we needed." --Traveous, Calvin and Destini "It was an honor to have you as my brother."--Gwen "Friends of our God, though they may pass away will never be forsaken. From death He will awaken." - Juliet 'Perhaps this is really why he broke away for a short while, so that you may have him back forever. -Philemon 1:15 --Lenwood Jr. "I'm gonna miss you Man...I'll keep memories of our time together in my heart." -Sam "You will be dearly missed."- Angela 'A Letter to My Brother' Dear Tracy, Not a day goes by that I don't think about you. I still hear your voice calling someone "Big Dummy" or "Fool", and it makes me smile through my tears. That's just who you were- someone who could make people laugh no matter what. When we were younger, I was always trying to follow you and Nard around. I just wanted to be where my big brothers were. Back then, I probably got on your nerves sometimes, but I hope you knew it was because I loved you so much and looked up to you both. Now you and Nard are together again, and while that brings me some peace, it doesn't stop me from missing you. There are so many days I wish I could hear you laugh, hug you one more time or just sit and talk like we used to. Thank you for being my brother. Thank you for every laugh, every lesson, and ever memory you've left in my heart. Those memories are treasures that time can never take away. Until we meet again, I'll keep carrying you with me. I'll smile when I think of your jokes, I'll cry when I miss you and I'll always be proud to say you were my brother. I love you forever, BroDan. Love always, Your little sister Shakisha.
