With profound sadness and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved Tony Gomez. Born on October 19, 2013, in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Tony brought light and joy to all who knew him until his gentle departure on August 19, 2026. Tony was the cherished son of Luisa Perez and the late Baldemiro Gomez-Gomez. Despite facing health challenges from birth, Tony's spirit remained unbroken. He bravely battled complications from a brain tumor, displaying incredible resilience and strength throughout his young life. From an early age, Tony exhibited a zest for life that was infectious. His radiant smile and kind heart were his trademark, endearing him to everyone he met. Tony was known for his selflessness, consistently putting others' needs before his own, even on days when he was not feeling his best. Tony found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved nothing more than riding his motorcycle around town with his friends, the wind in his hair and laughter in his eyes. Dancing was another of Tony's passions, and he never missed a chance to join his family on the dance floor at parties, spreading happiness with his lively moves and exuberant spirit. Though Tony's time with us was far too short, his life was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments that touched the hearts of everyone around him. His memory will forever be cherished and celebrated by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. A service to honor Tony's life will be held on August 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Iglesia Divina Providencia, located at El Embrujo 1, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000, Dominican Republic. We invite all who loved Tony to join us in remembering and celebrating the beautiful impact he had on our lives.
