It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tony Byrne, who departed this life on August 16, 2026. Tony was born on September 30, 1963, in Evansville,IN to Judy Blair and Edgar Byrne. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose gentle spirit and warmth touched everyone he met. Tony grew up in a loving home, nurtured by his parents who instilled in him values of kindness, generosity, and resilience. He carried these virtues throughout his life, enriching the lives of those around him. His journey through life was marked by a passion for exploration and a deep appreciation for the simple joys—whether it was a walk in the park, a good book, or a lively conversation with friends and family. He was known for his unwavering dedication to his family, playing the role of a supportive and caring brother to Brian Byrne and sisters Lisa Summers (Randy) and Heather Summers (Shawn). Tony's siblings remember him as a beacon of encouragement and love, always ready with a listening ear and wise counsel. Predeceased by his cherished parents, Judy Blair and Edgar Byrne, Tony is now reunited with them in eternal peace. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories of his laughter, his warmth, and his enduring love. In accordance with Tony's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. The family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Tony's memory, reflecting his lifelong commitment to helping others. Though he may no longer walk among us, Tony Byrne’s spirit will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him.
