Born on September 19, 1985, in the vibrant city of New York, Todd's life was a testament to love, laughter, and unwavering resilience. Todd was the cherished son of Todd Johnson and Karen Keaton, who instilled in him the values of loyalty, kindness, and a fighting spirit. He was predeceased by his beloved grandfather, William, his grandmother, Gloria Johnson, and his Uncle Ricky. He is survived by his precious children, Todd 3rd and Novella, who were the light of his life and his proudest achievements. A devoted family man, Todd leaves behind his loving sisters, Dilaha Natalia and Precious, and his brothers, Roland, Todd Jr., Tevin, Andrew, Dejuan, Terrel, and Novell. His aunts, Meme Rhonda and Tasha, along with uncles Erick, Darryl, Lamont, Kevin, Sean, and Troy, held a special place in his heart, as did his numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends, who will all deeply miss his vibrant presence. Todd attended Kennedy High School, where he began to showcase his phenomenal talent as a rapper and lyricist, known for his captivating sense of humor and a smile that could light up any room. Throughout his life, Todd worked several jobs in the service industry, always championing the underdog and fighting for those who couldn't fend for themselves. His character and charisma made him a beloved figure wherever he went. His love for basketball was only rivaled by the joy he found in spending time with his children, who truly were his everything. Todd's ability to turn dark days into sunlight was a gift he shared with all who knew him. His laughter could heal, and his love was real and profound, creating a legacy that will be cherished for generations. A service to celebrate Todd's life will be held on May 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, located at 171 W141 St. The family extends a special message with a heartfelt tribute to Todd, urging all to honor his memory by staying "FlyBalla-strong" and greeting his family with "Tanasay" in remembrance of his enduring spirit. Though Todd has soared to new heights with the angels, his spirit remains ever-present, a testament to a life well-lived and a love that will never expire. Rest in peace, dear Todd — your legacy of love and laughter will forever remain in our hearts.
