Todd Philip White

August 4, 1965 — October 13, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Todd Philip White, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, who left us suddenly on October 13, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on August 4, 1965, in North Tonawanda, New York, Todd was a guiding light to all who knew him, exuding warmth and kindness in every aspect of his life. Todd was the cherished son of Ruth Ann Taylor and James "Jimmy" Michael White. Throughout his life, he remained deeply connected to his roots, honoring the legacy of his predeceased paternal grandparents, Oliver and Marion (Smith) Pakkala, and maternal grandparents, Ambrose and Emmogene (Woodard) Taylor. In his personal life, Todd found his greatest joy and strength in his family. He married the love of his life, Debra Ann (Coleman), on March 15, 1987, in Reno, Nevada, a union blessed by the introduction from Debra's adopted paternal grandparents, Hank and Dora Horbinski. Together, Todd and Debra built a family filled with love and laughter, raising three children: Jordan, Nick, and Kaydee. Todd was a proud grandfather to eight wonderful grandchildren: Evangeline, Peyton, Faolan, Damian, John, Lukas, Cohen, and Jeremiah, whose lives he touched deeply with his warmth and humor. Todd's professional journey began in offset printing, where he dedicated many years to his craft before earning a certificate in medical billing and coding. His true passion, however, lay in youth and music ministry. Todd was a talented pianist, a gift he nurtured from the tender age of four, and he shared his love of music in various churches, including Portland Bible Temple, Livingway Community Church, The Family Church, & Heights Church. He was also a dedicated youth basketball coach and a softball umpire in the Roseville and Citrus Heights area. Known for his infectious smile and caring nature, Todd was a remarkable friend who consistently reached out to others, offering his support and prayers. His love for the Sacramento Kings was only rivaled by his dedication to his community and his steadfast faith. Todd is survived by his loving parents, Jimmy and Ruth Ann, his devoted wife, Debra, his children and grandchildren, his siblings Bill and Robyne, Kyme, Amber, Lin and Ken, and Jen, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will forever cherish his memory. The family invites you to celebrate Todd's life at a memorial service to be held on November 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Livingway Community Church, 510 Whyte Ave, Roseville, California 95661. As we remember Todd, we hold fast to the words from Romans 8:38–39 (NIV): "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Until we meet again in Heaven, Todd's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
