TITAN ALAIR HARNESS-REED

Titan Alair Harness-Reed, born on Friday June 28, 2002, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Titan leaves behind a legacy of warmth, charisma, and kindness that touched all who had the privilege of knowing him. Titan was the beloved and cherished son of Octavia Harness and Leon Reed Jr., and the cherished brother of Aaliyah and Alyssa Reed, Brianna Harness, and Parker Gaudry. He was a proud uncle to his niece, Junie Brave Harness (22months), and his nephews, Adonis (4) and O’Keem Harness (11). Titan's family extended beyond traditional boundaries, with his grandmothers maternal- Carletta Loyd and paternal- Vanzetta Gibson, his uncle Carlos Harness Lewis, and his aunt Malika Reed, all playing pivotal roles in his life. Along with his first cousins Antwain, Antonio, Ahlaysa and Shanay. Also a close-knit group of friends who are like family. In his early childhood he learned just at an early age the harder you work the bigger the reward. He started his first job at 7/8yrs old cleaning up the barbershop in the neighborhood in return for fresh cuts and sick designs in his mohawk and high top. That lead him to wanting to sell snacks during middle/ highschool. He loved to give back to his community so he worked in his neighborhood at Cookie cart, volunteering at the YMCA, and working for Push for Peace. A graduate of Patrick Henry High School in 2020, where he soared academically, Titan was a talented athlete who was selected to play football for Arkansas Baptist University. Unfortunately, the pandemic altered his plans, but Titan's resilience and creativity propelled him forward. He carved out a successful career as an Assistant Manager and Graphic Designer at LIDS, while also exploring various entrepreneurial ventures. Driven by a desire to inspire and uplift others, Titan founded the organization L.A.M.E - Less Attitude More Effort, which embodied his belief in the power of positivity and perseverance. Known for his infectious smile and the ability to make everyone feel welcome, Titan had a natural gift for bringing people together. His calmness, kindness and generosity were limitless, and his ability to lighten any mood with a joke was cherished by those around him. His interests were as varied as they were vibrant. Titan loved spending time with family and friends, singing along to his favorite artists, and indulging in his hobbies like playing PlayStation, particularly never missing a Call of Duty release. His impeccable sense of style was evident in his grooming and signature oceanic waves that he was so proud of. He cherished the freedom of a leisurely drive while recreational gardening, traveling with Los Angeles and Denver being among his favorite destinations. Titan lived each day with a heart full of love and a spirit that inspired those around him to embrace life with joy and enthusiasm. Titan will forever be remembered for the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the legacy he leaves behind. His memory will remain in our hearts, a guiding star that continues to shine brightly. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who loved and supported Titan, to those who shared their condolences, and to Estes and Crystal Lake for their care during this time.
