Tiny Mae, aged 96, peacefully departed this world, cradled by the love of her family and the grace of her faith. Born on October 13, 1929, in Louisville, Mississippi, Tiny Mae was a beacon of strength and love, a woman whose life was a testament to resilience, kindness, and service. She was the cherished daughter of the late Vade Mae Love and Washington Love, whose nurturing spirits shaped the compassionate woman we all came to adore. Tiny Mae’s journey was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her community. Preceded in death by her parents, her brothers JV Love and Sugar Boy Love, and her beloved daughter, Tina Meachum, she is now reunited with them, undoubtedly sharing stories and laughter in the eternal embrace of the hereafter. Her legacy lives on through her devoted children, Wanda Gee and Calvin Gee, who carry forward her spirit of kindness and perseverance. Tiny Mae was the proud grandmother to five remarkable grandchildren: Terrence Gee, Mario Gee, Lori Meachum, Corry Meachum, and Michael Meachum. Each of them reflects her legacy of love and resilience, embodying the lessons she imparted with every hug, every word of wisdom, and every moment of support. Professionally, Tiny Mae dedicated many years as a Press Man and at L&M Cleaners, where her work ethic and commitment earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike. She was a woman who understood the value of hard work and the dignity it brings, leaving behind a legacy of perseverance and integrity. A devoted member of New Allen A.M.E. Church, Tiny Mae's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She served diligently on the Usher Board and was a cherished member of the Mother Board, always extending a warm smile and a helping hand to those in need. Her presence in the church was a source of strength and inspiration, her voice a melody of hope that uplifted the spirits of those around her. Tiny Mae's life was a tapestry of love, woven with threads of compassion, strength, and unwavering faith. Her gentle spirit and generous heart touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She taught us the power of love and the importance of community, lessons that will continue to guide us as we honor her memory.
