It is with profound sadness and heartfelt remembrance that we announce the passing of Timothy Williams, a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, who departed this life on April 1, 2026, at the age of 66. Timothy passed away peacefully from natural causes, surrounded by the love of his family and his devoted partner, Connie. Born on January 29, 1960, in the charming town of Hamlet, North Carolina, Timothy was the cherished son of Mary Lugene Williams and George Pryor. His early years were spent in the warmth of a loving family, and he carried that love forward throughout his life. Though his parents, Mary and George, have preceded him in death, their legacy lives on through Timothy's enduring spirit. Timothy's journey through life was marked by resilience and a steadfast dedication to his family. He attended John Marshall Junior High School IS210 in Brooklyn, NY, where he laid the foundation for a life characterized by kindness, humor, and an unwavering commitment to those he loved. The memory of Timothy's life is celebrated by his surviving family members, including his son, Montaney Williams, who carries forward his father's legacy with grace and strength. Timothy is also survived by his four loving sisters, Mary Williams, Angela Carter, Monique Carter, and Honnette Cobb, as well as his brother, James Carter. His extended family includes twelve nieces, five nephews, and seven adoring grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy and pride to his life. Timothy's life was also enriched by the love and companionship of Connie, his devoted partner. Connie resided with Timothy and cared for him in such a profound manner that it was clear to all who knew them just how deep their bond was. Even in the most challenging times, Connie remained steadfast by Timothy's side, a testament to the love and dedication they shared. Preceding him in death are his beloved brother, Michael Carter, and his two cherished daughters, Janice Williams and Shamecca Wells, whose memories remain forever etched in the hearts of all who knew them. Timothy's life will be celebrated in a service held at Newbirth Church in Dallas, Texas, on April 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a man who touched the lives of many with his warmth, humor, and generous spirit. As we bid farewell to Timothy, we hold close the memories of his laughter, the warmth of his smile, and the kindness he extended to all. Though he has departed from this earthly realm, his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us, a gentle reminder of the love he brought into the world. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Timothy's memory to a charity of your choice, in honor of the compassion and generosity that defined his life. Timothy Williams will be deeply missed, yet fondly remembered, as his legacy of love and devotion lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
