It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timmy Wegmann, who departed this world peacefully at home on October 25, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in New Orleans, Timmy's life was a testament to the power of love, friendship, and resilience. Timmy was cherished by his family and a vast circle of friends who knew him as a man full of life and laughter. Growing up in River Ridge, he developed a deep bond with the community and formed lifelong friendships that he treasured. Whether playing ball or simply enjoying the company of those he loved, Timmy's joy for life was infectious and inspiring. His parents, Diana and Willie J Wegmann Sr. , predecease Timmy, along with his nephew, James Michael Tramontin. Timmy is survived by his devoted siblings: Willie Wegmann Jr. , Rodney Wegmann, Bryan Wegmann, Cynthia Wegmann, and Danny Wegmann. He also leaves behind numerous nephews and nieces who held a special place in his heart. Timmy's journey was marked by the indelible relationships he crafted along the way. His friends, a brotherhood that stood by him through thick and thin, were a constant source of strength and comfort. Their unwavering support was a testament to the profound connections he nurtured throughout his life. A service to celebrate Timmy's remarkable life will be held on November 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Garden Of Memories. All who knew and loved Timmy are invited to gather in remembrance of his vibrant spirit and enduring legacy. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the caregiver who ensured Timmy's final days were filled with peace and comfort, as well as to the friends who visited daily, sharing their time, memories, and support. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Timmy's memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , honoring his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
