Born on February 13, 1992, in Hillsboro, Oregon, Tiara was the beloved daughter of George and Donna Herr. Tiara’s life was an inspiring testament to resilience and selflessness. Despite facing numerous health challenges, including PTSD, depression, and the side effects of cancer, she remained a beacon of warmth and positivity for all who knew her. Her life was a symphony of love and generosity, intertwined with her passions for music and the natural world. A talented musician, Tiara earned two Bachelor’s degrees from Pacific University, one in Biology and another in Music with an emphasis on Vocal Performance. Her voice, beautiful and powerful, was often heard serenading the ones she loved, including her pets, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. Her songs, filled with humor and affection, were a testament to her joyful spirit and her boundless creativity. Tiara's commitment to helping others was evident in her unwavering dedication to causes close to her heart. She tirelessly raised funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an organization that held a special place in her heart after they saved her from Neuroblastoma as a child. Her selflessness knew no bounds, as she consistently put the needs of others before her own, caring deeply for her family and those less fortunate. Her hobbies were varied and reflected her love for life and nature. Tiara found joy in hunting, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. She was an avid mushroom-forager and a skilled wood burner, crafting pieces that spoke to her artistic soul. Although she was not able to have children of her own, she cherished her role as an aunt, showering her nieces and nephews with love and attention. Tiara’s legacy is one of laughter, love, and unyielding kindness. She was a funny, goofy spirit who made everyone around her feel special and cherished. Her ability to care for her mother and family, often to her own detriment, was a reflection of her deep compassion and unwavering dedication. As we remember Tiara, we are reminded of the beautiful melodies she brought into our lives, the laughter she shared, and the love she gave so freely.
