Thomas "Lenny" Suggs, departed his life at 9:07 p.m. on July 1, 2026, to begin his afterlife.
Born on June 1, 1962, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Lenny was the son of the late Wilmer Suggs and Willie Davis.
Lenny was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.
He worked many years in the healthcare field as a housekeeping supervisor in various nursing homes in the Fort Wayne area.
Lenny was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, most notably his passions for bowling and singing (He actually thought he was Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown and Keith Sweat) LOL!
Whether he was striking down pins at the local bowling alley or lifting spirits with his melodious voice, Lenny knew how to bring a smile to those around him.
Lenny's warmth, humor, and kindness will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His ability to make others feel cherished and his infectious laughter will remain a cherished memory in the hearts of others.
He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Charles Suggs, Clifford and Gary Davis, and his sister Gloria Peoples
Lenny's legacy continues through his six children: Suemikeo (Wykita) and Lenny Underwood, Quantrail and Porshia Adams, and Kavianna Suggs, all of Fort Wayne. His presence will also be deeply missed by his sisters Rita Suggs, Nancy (Gregory) Ganaway, Janice Tate, and Barbara Wallace, all residing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Vertise Suggs of Inglewood, California.
Lenny's boundless love and wisdom have also touched the lives of his 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
