Theresa Ann Spadafora, a beloved wife, sister, aunt, friend and Nana, passed away peacefully at her home on July 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of her devoted husband Tony, and her cherished family and friends. Born on April 22, 1971, in Englewood, Colorado, Theresa brought light and warmth to all who knew her. Theresa was the daughter of the late Jim and Mary Ellen Vogel and was predeceased by her beloved brother, John Vogel. She leaves behind her loving husband Tony Spadafora, with whom she shared a marriage filled with laughter and joy. Theresa is also survived by her brothers David, Jim, Mark, and Bill Vogel; her sisters Rita Shaw, Karen Zobkiw, Margaret Vogel, Cathy Hogan, Sue Ames, Carol Brunkala, and Mary Hoeft; her precious grandchild, Amira Grace Francis; and a large extended family with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who adored her deeply. Theresa's life was marked by a profound commitment to helping others. A proud graduate of Littleton High School and the Englewood Beauty School, Theresa pursued a fulfilling career as a Nail Technician, where her creativity and skill brought joy to many. Her passion extended beyond her professional life; she was a nurturing soul, opening her heart and home to homeless dogs and cats, ensuring they found a forever home filled with love. Her faith was central to her life, evidenced by her active involvement with Littleton Christian and Valley View Christian Church. Theresa led Celebrate Recovery and participated enthusiastically in Bible Study, always eager to share her unwavering love for Jesus and her dedication to bringing others to Christ. Her hobbies were as generous as her spirit. Theresa found joy in knitting, crocheting, gardening, and cooking, activities she often shared with those she loved. Her homemade strawberry rhubarb jam was a testament to her loving nature, a simple yet profound reminder of her care for others. Most recently, she treasured her role as Nana to her great niece, Amira Grace, a bond that brought her immeasurable happiness. Theresa's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Horizon Hospice for the compassionate care they provided during her final days. Her life will be celebrated at a service on July 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Christian Church, located at 11004 Wildfield Lane, Littleton, CO 80125. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of choice, in honor of Theresa's generous spirit and her lifelong commitment to helping others. Theresa's memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her, as a woman of immense kindness, unwavering faith, and boundless love. Her legacy of compassion and joy continues to inspire us all.
