Tezyiah Kenna Clayton

It is with the deepest sorrow yet enduring love that we announce the passing of our beloved Tezyiah Kenna Clayton, cherished child of first time parents La'Vondra Lyles and Nathaniel Clayton. Tezyiah graced world for a brief yet profound period, born on March 4, 2026, and departing on July 12, 2026. Though her time with us was short, Tezyiah's impact leaves an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Tezyiah’s parents were proud of all the milestones she was beginning to accomplish such as holding her head up, rolling over, babbling, and tummy time where she was making efforts to scoot. The fondest memories were created during quality time with parents and other family members where Tezyiah was known for pulling on mommy's hair and getting into full babbling debates with her Sugar Mama (Grandma Taniesha). Tezyiah was a light of hope and joy, a precious soul who brought immense happiness to her family and all who had the privilege of meeting her. In her few months, Tezyiah taught us the true essence of love, resilience, and the beauty of cherishing each moment. This little angel embodied the purest form of love, reminding us of the simple joys and the importance of family, and will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to spend time with her. Unfortunately Tezyiah leaves behind to cherish her memory her Mother and Father, her Great Grandmother Elsie Stewart, her Grandparents De'Chelle and Laron Lyles Johnson, Taniesha Jackson, Aunts Markita Cook, Destiny Cook, LaShonda Lyles, Mariah Lyles, Tamera Lyles, Uncles Frenchione Cook, Quincy Clayton and a host of great aunts great uncles and cousins. Tezyiah is now reunited with her loving grandfather, Tervell Jackson, great-grandparents Richard Sims and Donna Peters, and great-great-grandparents Carolyn and Charles Hudson, and Lillie B. Doss. We take comfort in the belief that they are now embraced by these cherished ancestors, surrounded by eternal love and peace.
