Terry passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, following a short, but difficult, battle. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments. Born on May 29, 1955, in the close-knit community of Beckley, West Virginia, Terry was the cherished daughter of Joe and Velma Pack, both of whom predeceased her, along with her dear sister, Jody. Terry's upbringing in Beckley was filled with family warmth, joy, and deep-rooted values that she carried with her throughout her life. Terry shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, Kenneth, with whom she celebrated 45 years of marriage. Together, they built a life anchored in love, respect, and shared dreams. Their bond was an inspiration to all who knew them, a shining example of enduring partnership and mutual support. Terry was the proud mother of two children, Lacie and Kevin, whom she adored beyond measure. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering encouragement guided them into adulthood, and her pride in their accomplishments knew no bounds. Terry's family expanded with the addition of her beloved daughter-in-law Melinda, and the apple of her eye, her granddaughter Cadence, who brought an unparalleled joy to her heart. Terry's life will be celebrated at a private ceremony, honoring her wishes for an intimate farewell. Instead of traditional funeral services, her family invites all who knew and loved her to join in a celebration of her life. This gathering will serve as a reflection of the vibrant, welcoming spirit Terry shared with everyone she encountered. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the remarkable Oncology and NeuroTrauma nurses at St. Mary's Hospital. Their compassionate care and support during Terry's final days provided comfort not only to her but to her entire family.
