A proud alumnus of Galax High School, Terry furthered his education with two years of college, a pursuit that showcased his dedication to learning and growth. His life took a noble turn when he joined the United States Navy, where he served with honor and distinction for 20 years. Terry retired as a Petty Officer Chief, having earned the respect and admiration of his peers and superiors alike. His service to the nation was a source of immense pride, and his stories of camaraderie and duty are a cherished part of his legacy. Terry's life was enriched by the love and memories he created with his family. A devoted husband, father, papaw, and brother, he cherished every moment spent with those he loved. He is predeceased by his loving parents, Victor Warf and Helen Crotts Warf, as well as his beloved brother, David Warf, and dear sister, Vickie Warf.
