It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Teresa Eplion Stevens, who left this world on October 18, 2026, after a courageous decade-long battle with breast cancer. Born on August 5, 1962, in Huntington, West Virginia, Teresa was a beacon of strength and resilience, traits that defined her life and inspired those around her. Teresa was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth Eplion and Lilly Underwood. She was predeceased by her cherished daughter Tichelle Lilly Wright, her son Dwayne Eddie Bowman Jr., and her siblings Kenneth, Tina, Marsha, and Randy Eplion. Despite the heartaches she endured, Teresa's spirit remained unbroken, a testament to her enduring courage and unwavering love for her family. A devoted mother and grandmother, Teresa is survived by her children Derek Bowman, Tessa Bowman, Tiffany Wright, and step-daughter Krystal Wright. Her brother, Rodney Eplion, also survives her, along with her treasured grandchildren Tichelle Wright, Paisley Bowman, and Ashton Bowman, who were the lights of her life. Teresa was the proud owner and operator of Lilly’s Generations, a family-owned brewery that was much more than a business; it was a testament to her hard work, dedication, and the love she poured into every endeavor. Her passion for her brewery was only rivaled by her love for her flower garden, where she found peace and joy among the blooms she so lovingly tended. Known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit, Teresa touched the lives of everyone she met. Her legacy of love, strength, and compassion will forever be remembered by all who knew her. A service to celebrate Teresa's life will be held on October 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Regers. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Teresa's memory, honoring her spirit of generosity and care for others.
