Tammy's life was a testament to resilience and warmth, shaped by the nurturing love of her late parents, Annie L. Coleman Holmes and Kenneth Evans, and her stepfather, Wilson Holmes. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Tyrese Carter, whose memory she cherished deeply. Tammy graduated from the Savannah Chatham public school system, where she laid the foundations for a life rich in experience and love. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose family was the center of her universe. Tammy is survived by her beloved children: Jamie Frazier Jr., Jasmine Frazier, Natalie Smart, Sean Evans, and Tyjuan Carter, who will carry forward her legacy of kindness and resilience. Her five cherished grandchildren—JahNiyah Frazier, JahNayzia Orr, Nashia Smart, Nigel Smart, and JhaMeir Frazier—were the light of her life, and she took immense joy in watching them grow. Tammy had an adventurous spirit, often finding joy in traveling and exploring new places. She had a passion for dining out, relishing the opportunity to savor different cuisines and cultures. Her love for travel and food was a reflection of her zest for life and her desire to create lasting memories with those she loved. Her life was a beautiful tapestry of love, laughter, and enduring friendships. Tammy's generosity and compassion knew no bounds, and she touched the hearts of many with her unwavering kindness.
