Coleman Holmes and Kenneth Evans, and stepdaughter to the late Wilson Holmes. Her family was her anchor, and she cherished her roles as a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. Tammy was predeceased by her beloved son, Tyrese Carter, whom she holds in her heart eternally. Left to honor her memory are her adoring children: Jamie Frazier Jr., Jasmine Frazier, Natalie Smart, Sean Evans, and Tyjuan Carter. Tammy's legacy of love and kindness will also continue through her five treasured grandchildren: JahNiyah Frazier, JahNayzia Orr, Nashia Smart, Nigel Smart, and JhaMeir Frazier. Each of these young souls carries a spark of Tammy's light and love, and they will ensure her spirit shines brightly into the future.
