August 3, 1965 — July 9, 2026

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne Weeks, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left this world on July 9, 2026, at the age of 60. Suzanne passed peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital in the presence of her devoted husband, Jeff, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer. Born on August 3, 1965, in Brooklyn, New York, Suzanne was the cherished daughter of Emilie and Thomas Waterman, both of whom predeceased her. Growing up in a loving family, she was the sister of Nancy Waterman Dahlberg and Eric Waterman, who survive her. Suzanne shared a close bond with her best friend, Sandra Ackerman, who was like another sister to her. Suzanne's life was marked by service and dedication, beginning with her four years in the U.S. Army, where she achieved the distinction of making Airborne. Her sense of duty continued in her professional life, as she dedicated a decade to the Seattle Police Department, earning the prestigious "Save a Life" award for her exceptional service to the community. A graduate of Shorecrest High School, Suzanne was known for her intelligence, humor, and unwavering compassion. She was an active member of St. Mark's Catholic Church for over two decades, where she attended mass regularly and lived her life with a deep devotion to her faith. In February 2022, Suzanne married the love of her life, Jeff Weeks. Together, they created a beautiful, blended family full of love and laughter, including her daughters, Brittany Blake and Adreanna McCall, son Tyler McCall, and granddaughter Adelaide McCall. Suzanne found immense joy in spending time outdoors and was committed to living an active and healthy lifestyle. Suzanne's legacy is one of love, warmth, and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her family is profoundly grateful for the compassionate care provided by the staff at St. Michael's Medical Center throughout her journey with cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Suzanne's memory to a cancer charity of your choice, as a tribute to her brave fight and in support of ongoing research and patient care. Suzanne will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.
