Suzanne Bachmann

August 5, 1958 — September 28, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Bachmann, lovingly known as Sue, on September 28, 2026. Born on August 5, 1958, in the close-knit community of Ada, Minnesota, Sue lived a life that was as beautiful and nurturing as the landscapes of her birthplace. She left this world peacefully at her home, surrounded by the love of her family—a testament to the life she lived, full of kindness and warmth. Sue was the cherished daughter of Lester and Mable Bachmann and was predeceased by them, as well as her beloved grandson, Kaden Bachmann. She was united in marriage to her devoted husband, Charles Bachmann, on September 24, 1977, in a ceremony at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee, Minnesota. Together, they celebrated 49 years of love, laughter, and companionship. A proud graduate of Perham High School class of 1976, Sue pursued her passion for clothing design in Minneapolis. However, her true calling was in caring for others, a path she followed with unwavering dedication as a Nurse for 32 years. Her nurturing spirit and compassionate nature touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. Sue was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, always placing the needs of others above her own. She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; her four sons, Jeremy, Jason, Josh, and Luke; her treasured grandchildren, Brandon and Konnor; and she was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first great-grandchild, Olivia. Her life was further enriched by the love and support of dear friends like Heather, Natacha, Sasha, and Katie, who stood by her side through thick and thin. She was a true flower child at heart, believing deeply in peace, love, and acceptance. Sue found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cooking and baking for her family, watching her children and grandchildren play sports, reading, bird watching, and assembling puzzles. Her love for nature and animals was evident in her gentle demeanor and respect for all living things. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of their choice, honoring Sue's legacy of giving and compassion. The Bachmann family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Sierra and Heather, her dedicated nurses from Moments in Time Hospice, whose compassionate care and support provided great comfort during Sue's final days. Sue's memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire and guide us. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility she so deeply cherished in life.

In lieu of flowers, the family of Suzanne Bachmann welcomes donations to a charity, nonprofit, church, or organization of your choosing.
